Working Head Chef needed for Modern Italian Trattoria. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience. Health & Safety checked and up to date. Aside from cooking, applicants must have experience in designing and updating menus, dishes of the day, as well as running an efficient and resourceful kitchen. Permanent and full time placement. 50 hours per week, 12 hour shifts. A minimum of £1,000 bonus per annum if quote target is reached.

Candidates must have a through understanding of cafe food fare, whilst also expected to introduce new dishes to the already established menu. Applicants will be in charge of a kitchen team, and also will attain usual kitchen responsibilities(i.e. stock, hygiene etc.) Applicants must have their own transport.
