Pizza Chef

Pizza Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least two years experience in making Romana style pizza’s, along with dough making, and baking in electric ovens. At times the candidate must be prepared to help the chef on other duties also. 5.5 days a week. Applicants must be flexible due to ever changing rotas.

Pasta Chef

Pasta Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least one years experience in cooking and serving pasta dishes, from traditional Italian sauces and fillings to modern also. At times the candidate must be prepared to help the chef on other duties also. 5.5 days a week. Applicants must be flexible due to ever changing rotas.
Kitchen Porter

Experienced Italian speaking Kitchen Porter require for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least six months experience in Porter duties; mainly cleaning plates, maintaining the kitchen to a high level of standard, and at times must be prepared to help the chef. 5.5 days a week. Butcher

Experienced butcher required for meat wholesaler. Early morning start at 2/3am till midday. Six days a week. Due to the hours, applicants must live within commuting distance.
Second Chef

Experienced Second Chef needed for Italian restaurant kitchen. Applicants must have through experience with pastas, meat and fish dishes and must also be able to do pizza’s (when needed. N.B This is not a Pizza Chef’s placement) Shared accommodation available and salary reflects this perk. Should applicant wish to live out, then salary is increased.

Commi Chef

Salad Chef

Experienced salad chef with needed on a permanent and full time basis. Candidate must have a minimum of one year experience in salads and cold starters. Intermediate knowledge of Italian is benefit due to communication in the kitchen. Weekday Evenings only. Weekends are double shifts. Eight to Ten shifts, (40 plus hours a week)
Commi Waiting Staff

Sandwich Maker/Counterhand

Experienced Sandwich Maker needed on a permanent and full time basis for a traditional sandwich shop establishment. Applicants must have a minimum of five years experience working in a classic cafe sandwich bar establishment. Applicants must have experience in making and serving sandwiches on the counter infront of customers, as well as experience as a cashier and making and serving hot drinks if needed. Early morning start through to mid afternoon. Weekdays only

Candidate must have a minimum of two years experience working as a pizza chef and must have experience in both Neapolitan and Romana dough making. Applicants also must possess a Health & Safety certificate check. 40 hours plus a week.
