Second Chef

Two days ongoing double shifts. Applicants must be flexible due to rota demands and late endings (last orders are at 11:30pm)

Junior or Second Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least five years experience in Italian kitchen. Usual experience is required in kitchen organisation, management, and hygiene. 4 days a week, 12 hours each day. Applicants must be flexible due to rota demands.
Cafe Chef

Experienced cafe cook needed for a busy traditional Central London cafe. Applicants must have at least three years experience in cooking Full English Breakfast, lunch dishes from traditional Italian fare to modern ecclectic fare. Basement kitchen, 6 days a week, hours vary from 4am till 1pm or from 7am till 4pm.
Pizza Chef

Pizza Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least two years experience in making Neopolitan style pizza’s, along with dough making, and baking in electric and gas ovens. The applicant must be prepared to help the chef on other duties also. Weekdays; Tues-Fri double shifts on rota. Saturday and Sunday all day double shifts.
Pizza Chef

Must have at least six months experience in Porter duties; mainly cleaning plates, maintaining the kitchen to a high level of standard, and at times must be prepared to help the chef. 5.5 days a week. Applicants must be flexible due to ever changing rotas.
Butcher

Experienced butcher required for meat wholesaler. Early morning start at 2/3am till midday. Six days a week. Due to the hours, applicants must live within commuting distance.
Salad Chef

Experienced salad chef with needed on a permanent and full time basis. Candidate must have a minimum of one year experience in salads and cold starters. Intermediate knowledge of Italian is benefit due to communication in the kitchen. Weekday Evenings only. Weekends are double shifts. Eight to Ten shifts, (40 plus hours a week)
