Chef De Partie

Salary

Starting from £650 per week

Experienced Chef De Partie (CDP) required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least three years experience in CDP duties. 4 1/2 days a week. Two days split shifts. Applicants must be flexible due to rota demands and late endings (last orders are at 11:30pm)

Chef De Partie/Acting Sous Chef

Salary

Starting from £16.50 gross per hour

Location

West London (Zone 2)

Experienced Chef De Partie (CDP) required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least four years experience in CDP duties, and must be able to take over as acting Sous Chef on a moments notice . 45 to 48 hours a week. Split shifts according to rota. Applicants must be flexible due to rota demands. Last orders are at 11pm

Assistant/Commi Chef

Salary

Starting from £14 gross per hour

Central London (Zone 1)

Experienced Assistant Chef/Commi Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least 12 months experience in kitchen duties such as prep, salad. Five eight hour shifts per week (Sunday and one week day off during the week)Applicants must be flexible due to rota demands.

Head Chef

Starting from £800 per week

Experienced Head Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least five years experience as a working head chef. Duties include kitchen organization, hygiene and organising menus. 4.5 days a week. Days off during the week. Proprietor can help applicant seek accommodation, but applicant will be responsible for cost. 

Sous Chef

Starting from £650 per week

Experienced Head Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least five years experience as a working sous chef. Duties will include cooking and even acting as a head chef on a moments notice. 4.5 days a week. Days off during the week. Proprietor can help applicant seek accommodation, but applicant will be responsible for cost. 

Salad/Dessert Chef

Starting from £550 per week

Experienced Salad Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least two years experience as a working salad chef. Duties will also include serving desert items from the menu, and will also include making basic desert flourishes. 4.5 days a week. Days off during the week. Proprietor can help applicant seek accommodation, but applicant will be responsible for cost. 

Waiting Staff

Salary

Starting from £500 per week + Tips

Experienced waiting staff required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least two years experience as a waiter. Duties will include taking customer orders, serving and also be responsible for internet bookings. 4.5 days a week. Days off during the week. Proprietor can help applicant seek accommodation, but applicant will be responsible for cost. 

Fryer/Commi Chef De Partie

Experienced Assistant Chef/Commi Chef de Partie required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least 18 months experience in kitchen duties and frying duties. Five eight hour shifts per week (Sunday and one week day off during the week)Applicants must be flexible due to rota demands.

Sandwich Maker/Counterhand

Experienced sandwich maker/counterhand needed for a busy traditional Central London cafe. Applicants must have at least three years experience in preparing sandwiches and fillings infront of the customers, must be able to work as a barista on a moments notice and must also be responsible for cashier duties. Monday through to Friday; hours are from 7am-4pm

Coffee Shop Barista/Admin

Experienced barista needed for a busy traditional Central London cafe. Applicants must have at least three years experience in barista duties, and must also be responsible for cashier and internet order booking duties also. Monday through to Friday; hours are from 7am-4pm

Cafe Chef

Experienced cafe cook needed for a busy traditional Central London cafe. Applicants must have at least three years experience in cooking Full English Breakfast, lunch dishes from traditional Italian fare to classic British fare. Basement kitchen. Monday through to Friday; 6am till 3pm.

Sandwich Maker/Counterhand

Experienced sandwich maker/counterhand needed for a busy traditional Central London cafe. Kitchen Porter/Commi Helper needed for a busy Italian restaurant. 5 days a week (weekends included) hours vary depending on rota. Owners may help applicants seek accomodation, of course applicant will need to pay for accomodation.

Pizza Chef

Salary

£650 net per week

North West London (Zone 6)

Pizza Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least two years experience in making Neopolitan style pizza’s, along with dough making, and baking in electric and gas ovens. The applicant must be prepared to help the chef on other duties also. Weekdays; Tues-Fri double shifts on rota. Saturday and Sunday all day double shifts.

Commi Chef

Commi Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least two years experience in working in an Italian kitchen. The applicant’s duties will include helping the chef staff, and preparing salads and veg. Weekdays; Tues-Fri double shifts on rota. Saturday and Sunday all day double shifts.

Waiting Staff

Waiting staff needed for 7am start for a brasserie/restaurant. Must have at least two years experience in working in restaurants. Applicants work on from 7am till 1pm the latest, depending on rota.

Pizza Chef

£14 per hour net

Pizza Chef required for busy Italian kitchen. Must have at least two years experience in making Neopolitan style pizza’s, along with dough making, and baking in electric and wood-fired oven. The applicant must be prepared to help the chef on other duties also.  Weekdays; Tues-Fri evenings only. Saturday and Sunday all day.

Sous/Second Chef
